The hotel is conveniently located near a busy walking street and shopping belt, making it a great location for those who enjoy shopping and exploring the city. It is also close to the train station and the bus station, providing easy access to Osaka Kansai Airport.
There might be some noise disturbance from the nearby highway, which could affect the quality of sleep.

location is convenient. there were beautiful tourist spots in front of this hotel, for example kuromon market. ideal for stores, restaurants.

During my Christmas visit, I appreciated the spacious room and friendly staff, who made communication easy. the hotel's convenient location close to public transport and nearby eateries was highly convenient.
The limited cleanliness of the room and outdated amenities, such as old towels and uncomfortable pillows, detracted from my experience. the constant noise from the nearby highway was a nuisance, and the early check-out time felt rushed.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and spoke English fluently. The room was spacious, which is rare for Japanese hotels. The hotel's location was perfect as it was near the Namba area, making it convenient for shopping and exploring the bustling streets of this city.

The room was dated and had a strong cigarette odor that invaded through the air conditioner. The bathroom had poor amenities and there was no tea or coffee provided.
